Margot Slagboom, a visiting Ph.D. student, will present a CGIL Seminar on Friday, June 29th. The seminar will begin at 2:00 pm in room 141 of the Animal Science & Nutrition building. The title of her presentation is: "Break-even genetic correlation -  applied to genomic selection and organic dairy production". 
 
Margot Slagboom is a visiting Ph.D. student from Aarhus University in Denmark. She is working on breeding strategies and breeding goals for organic dairy cattle. She has spent part of her Ph.D. at the Swedish University of Agriculture and Wageningen University.
